    Have you verified that it is not a problem with your amp? A problem with the output stage could cause bad things to happen....like your amplified AC music signal riding atop a DC voltage....

    The main thing depends on the structural integrity of the roof where it meets the top of the windshield in the center, as that is a major weak spot...Why do you think most of the big dog bassracers put a brace in that spot?

    Sure can. As long as its your cups and not your suspension thats holding you up and the bag does not rub on the lower control arm. Keep in mind that where the bags are mounted is roughly a 2:1 lift ratio...so if you cut an inch off the cups.....its 2 inches of drop you get...and you lose 2 inches of lift.

    Thanks guys. I finally have a vid that captures how much this thing really flexes....and the crazy thing, is that the roof from the wall to the windshield is reinforced with 1 1/2" of mdf, about 15 ft of 3/4" 16ga square tubing, and four cans of expanding foam...and it still moves that much.
