    i put one on my amp remote wire it worked wonderfully but then my girlfreind kept hitting it cause she dont like the boom boom i unhooked it =))

    there is a chart somewhere on the webs it will say what size inline fuse to use depending on the watts your amp is pulling id wait for some of the other guys to reply and see what they have to say

    yes and you should deff have a fuse off the batt it will save your amp from frying, are you sure there are no shorts in the wiring for the amp??
