  1. Aren't you putting the sub in your girlfriends car? http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/192714-specs-on-nvx-vc-12/#entry2882217 lol... So far it looks like half the winners are not even putting them in their own ride.
  2. It shouldn't be making that sound. I know exactly what that is... it can be heard in your music and it's very annoying. My buddies DD312 was doing that right before the coil started sticking.
  3. This: http://store.crescendoaudio.com/symphony-s1500-1/ Review: Should get you right where you want to be.
  4. Well, they technically have till the end of November to get it done. I'd hate to see them not follow through, I doubt they would do anymore giveaways in the future if they don't.
  5. Those new subs look awesome, I really like the red logos. It's on sale at the moment here: http://www.soundqubed.com/WonderGu-2oz-Kit_p_209.html
  6. Customer service is always nice, but it looks like Sundown needs to work on their quality control team, so their customers don't have to jump through hoops to get what they paid for.
  7. Those wheels may look goofy, but I bet your ride is a lot smoother with those beefy tires. I hated messing with that activator on my last sub rebuild, I accidentally sprayed some on before my spider was in place and it dried up the glue on one side before it could even stick to the spider. Damn stuff makes that CA glue dry in half a second.
  8. Lookin' good, nice clean cuts. Going to be a nice sound quality set-up. I like how easy the cut out for the terminals looks... I have a rectangle terminal, so cutting it out with a jigsaw was nowhere near as clean as what i'm seeing here. What model head unit is he working with?
  9. Those are under rated subs. I'd toss at least 1200w at it... Like their NVX JAD1200.1 amp.
  10. 1. RainStryke 2. I qualify and agree to follow with the terms. 3. If it's a great product, I will be recommending it here and the caraudioclassified.com's subforum "Member Rides & System Pictures."
  11. Post#52 isnt a personal attack? CT Sounds was mentioned as a local company, mentionable because of the claim on kicker being the only thing around.
  12. My level.... yeah, so much worse than personal attacks when people get all upset over brands. The hubris here is amazing.
  13. Just because you excluded quotation marks doesn't mean its yours. ROFL
  14. Because the Original Post mentioned multiple brands and he is bassing his choice off youtube videos. He also responded to multiple people about other brands and it is clear that he has done limited research. Its like you quote things you don't understand and post them in your signature.
  15. holy shit. what part of DC brand dont you get? he wants DC audio not your opinion Oh mah gawd. I stayed on point with OP and you can't fathom a respose addressing his mention of nothing being local. Good job bud.
  16. I know you are really interested in DC audio... after reading your interest and what you are shooting for. You should also look into CT Sounds since they are local for where you live and you can get your gear much cheaper. They make badass amplifiers by the way.
  17. Sam Adam's Winter Lager is my favorite. Can't wait till November.
