looks like they are just normal btl soft parts with the xmax option. or a better soloution would be contact the seller and ask what it had.. also if the magnet moved that much its off center and even if he could get it back tightened the magnet would be way off center and the voice could would rub.. a complete teardown is in order.

look like the nuts fell off.. cut out the voice coil/cone assembly and recenter the magnet on the basket and tighten it back down. then recone. thats about all you can do.

the cap helps smooth out the voltage peaks on your charging system.. its not hurting a damn thing being there.. he already said he has a battery in the back..

you realize you can order a recone and intstall it yourself.. and about that blinkin light you heard wrong.. you dont wanna see it.. watching the video again it looks like the light starts to come on about halfway up on the bass knob.. if so its time to readjust your amp. that light should barely flicker when the bass knob is cranked.

if its making noise.. its time for recone.. recone.. and reset amp using the rms chart/setting method in the amp section. think of each time that light blinks a lil life is gone from your woofer.

well from watching your video it clips preety good... but keep the cap.. keep the battery in the back. and do the big three the difference is night and day. if its still performing good why recone..

good.. you will notice big difference once you do the big three.. more volts equals more power. and a happier amp as well. why does your sub need a recone? if its not from spiders its probbly from burnt coil from clipping..

ok funtime is over sable your dismissed.. on serious note.. what is your electrical like.? some songs suck more juice than others and the reason for different clipping could be voltage drop... i would suggest the big three upgrade if not done yet.. also take all the bass out the head unit for the inside speakers and turn the head unit up to 3/4 of what it will go... then go to the rms chart.. found in the amp section. and find your rms/ohms and follow the procedure at the bottom of it.

three months later.. for sale.. sub needing recone and amp needing repair due to voltage drop.. take my/our advice or dont.. dont matter to me.. AAARRRGGGHHH!!!! matey..
