Purchased from Mechman in April of 2009 and has been sitting in my closet collecting dust. This plus other things will need to go. I just cannot afford to get everything I need to build what I wanted. In the pics you will see that it is new and there are some scratches to the front sticker and a scuff on the bottom corner. The UPS guy was not happy about the weight I guess but it was barely in its box when It got to me. I am asking $275 LOCAL PICKUP PREFERRED OR I WILL DELIVER WITHIN 100 miles from 95020. Nobody probably remembers me, I never talked on here much. I'm sure 99vic still remembers me. I also got some box plans from the forum asshole. 2009 was a crazy year. My grandmother passed in february, got laid off in june, and my best friend hung himself in november. I have two brand new DC l4xl 15s just sitting in thier boxes. Never did anything with the plans I got. Im seriously thinking of just selling everything. would i have to remove them? I found someone on a honda suv forum that got a 1 inch lift on his 08 crv. he used old man emu springs. where can i get these?

Damn! Oh well, I guess I will start taking it to local custom shops and see how much its going to cost to do something custom. It wasnt happy with the weight that was in it and its not gonna like the new setup any better.

Never got around to taking detailed pics. I have a video of when I had the RE MX18 in there. Stock HU has Nav and voice command controls so I decided to keep it and use a RF 360.2, since I dont have the 360 in I took everything out and am rolling stock. BTW the stock speakers were taking a US Amps Tu4360 just fine, i was impressed for stock speakers to sound better just by adding an amp.

am i looking at hundreds or thousands of dollars to get something done? I dont want a lift just the ability to carry more weight.

My rear end is sagging, I took everything out for now, but want to know what I can do to help the rear end support the weight when everything goes back in? Find out how much insurance will go up? Something like that is never a good idea to claim. It could cost about 2 to 3k to fix but if you claim it you will end up paying alot more than that in the long run. The bad part about it is that they will say no, its ok, claim it, then a few months or even a year later your rate gets jacked up because of claims. I learned that the hard way.

Will it be like a 3db difference if I go 4.5 cubes per sub vs. 3 cubes?

So I know for these subs I need to stay within 3-5 cubes. Whats the difference if I go the smaller route vs the bigger route? Looking at my space, I can go close to 5 each and tune to 33-35 hz. This would be with my back seats folded in and above the window line. If I want to keep under the window line and behind my back seat this is what I came up with using the RE box calculator. 38 wide 20 deep 23 tall 6 inch slot port, area of 111 tuned to 35hz This gives me 6.725 internal space. Would this be enough for the two lvl4xl's?
