I don't envy the guy that has to go through all those comments to sort them out for the raffle.

I presume they'll be using some sort of script/other data they're able to collect via the site.

Would be good but I don't think they have that. I think they have to do it manually, and there are more than 1600 posts...

It could be done very easily. Draw a 0 or 1 for the first digit. Then make three more drawings with all ten digits. Those 4 drawn digits will create a post number.
