  1. i can post a quick one up for ya. 2.3 cubes 32 Hz .75 MDF
  2. helps minimize port noise and turbulence. basically the less 90 degree angles the better.
  3. never have heard of a warranty for an enclosure before personally, but yes he should rebuild another free of charge unless stated in a agreement since it failed from him no building it properly the first time.
  4. i brace the width twice and the heigth twice and then the port when i do an enclosure over 3-4 cubes just to be on the safe side of things. but in the end its your choice and you can always use 1" mdf and double every enclosure cut too.
  5. tahoes get loud easy so its just comes down to which sub calls to you.
  6. depends on vehicle, power, and definitely design Cant be stopped, I'm the Juggernaut bitch!
  7. why are you set on running .5 ohms?
  8. looks like pressed pulp wood, chipped like crazy when i used it. my old bed was made out of this stuff then i hacked to make a home enclosure, needless to say it cant take .any real power and hold up up for long. on the other hand it does produce loud resonance.
  9. dual 2 ohms then wired to a final load of 2 ohms (amp bridged) or run one sub per channel since its dual mono amp.
  10. lol i think he means flared square port, atleast i hope that is what he means
  11. I have used both before and to me it really doesnt matter which one you pick. only downfall to CBs is if your trip it repeatedly they are no good to you.
  12. 10 has more cone area and like Finkster said watch power level on it.
  13. From my understanding and watchin derek on youtube with4 of the 12s, they get loud easily.
  14. How much space should I leave behind the port? the diameter of the port or width in this case
  15. no prob man and looking forward to seeing a pic of the final product.
