Did you ask if one 8 will be louder than two 8's that are very similar. One is rated at 300rms and the other at 350rms. IIRC. Not a fair comparison. The two should be louder, in theory.

Yeah, Sundown has a cheaper 8. The E8v2. Addictive Audio has a 8 similar to DD 1508, I can't comment nothing else about this. A lot of companies make 8 these days. I'm sure you can find one that fits your needs.

Certain amps can produce more power by being modded to do a certain thing. Usually its taking the protection circuit out.

A little overkill? I don't see any need for 1/0 for less than 500 watts. Quality 4gauge can support upto ~120amps. Some people really make me wonder.

I honeslty wouldn't do with Treo, there crazy expensive vs other drivers these days. Has not updated their lines in a very long time. They use to be ok, say 8 years ago, but times have changed and their product hasn't. Check into Sundown, DC Sound Lab, or Fi Car Audio. All are great companies, that have good customer service AND great products at a reasonable price.

One good thing about Sundown is, when you email them the owner replies. Sundown is a good company, they have quality amps and good quality costumer service. I think you will be happy with Sundown over all what you stated.

I'm currently looking for a amp that does 3500-5000rms. Doesn't have to be "rated" just as long as it will do it. Needs to be able to handle below 1ohm, and 16volts(14 volt batteries) DAILY. I'm not stupid and know most. Just want more opinions on what else could be out there I am forgetting. Also cheaper price the better.

I didn't say they won't play music. And if a properly designed 8inch spider work with a 4inch coil, why hasn't nobody really done it yet? I'm sure smart people have tried instead of spending 100k on tooling new full line of frames. I didn't say it won't work, cause it will. Just not "great". Just my opinion. But for a groundpounder I'd choose something else over DC's neo design. THIS is ME personally. I've played with a 18 level 5, on a Sundown 3500d at 1ohm and it takes it fine. I have not clamped to see how much power is going to it but regardless. I'm not trying to talk shit abt DC, I like them better than a lot of brands, that's foresure, just not my favorite.

I'm not going to start don't worry. I'll sit back and watch this amazing newly design 8inch spider work well with a 4in coil. Lol.

If you say. You must don't realize how important cooling is or how it works. And I never said nothing wrong with Neo if it designed correctly for daily. BTL is example of the one of the first 100% daily design SPL. Again putting words in my mouth.
