I tune mine that low cause it plays way low. But still plays up to about 50hz.

I would tune it between 32 - 35 also

Recomend 2.0 to 2.5 per sub plus port. Made couple boxes for these they like low notes.

Got two 9518g Brand New Dual 2 ohm with 8" Carbon Fiber Dust Cap

Alittle different but I have to brand new 9518's with 8in carbon fiber dust cap F/S. There dual 2

Port is over sides so after putting the face plate on it about 18 sq in. It really doesn't hurt it. Also subs don't get used like they should he listens to like heavy scream metal.

2 DD1508's On a Vibe Audio Slick A4 Bridged about 400 watts per sub.

Did something kinda like that with an xbox put the cd drive power button and 2 plugs up front and 2 plugs in the back put the board under the back seat turned out pretty good wish I had pictures of it.

Heard a few all had a wide range of frequency play. Just got mine for my 2 dd9518's going to start building it tomorrow. Not sure if if you payed for rush or not put it took him about 3 weeks to send design with rush so don't expect it anytime soon. Last time I emailed him he said he was slammed everyone is rebuilding over winter he does 4 to 5 a day if that help you with a time line.
