lol 3100 and above is where its really at. even then pioneer doesnt hit 4v till the 4100. the 11e,1100 and 2100 are pretty retarted. kenwood has the cheap deck market fucking cornered. the 138 and 142 cant be beat for the price. period how all did you meter it? i havent seen very high voltages metering the rca outputs on VAC

fyi difference is alpine and such have a 2db volume gain knob vs the 1db in pioneers :01nocomment8so: aren't most alpines 2v? they dont get to 4v until you really break the bank

oh ya i paid for the T3000 and never got it so luckily it was over a year ago otherwise you might have been ripped off

not really i have the fosgate maxi holder with the fuse (i actually have all 3 they make since i bought an 8,4,1/0 kit for the only the power wire) if you want it ill sell it for 10 shipped but 100a is the biggest maxi fuse you can get

oh i c. i was sorta thinking u had a maxi fuseholer without the cover. but u have the ANL without the cover. ya i cant help you much with that sorry. you should be able to get a new fosgate fuse holder for like 20 bucks i think... i dont know

you should solder on to the fuse itself instead of just ramming wire in

battery wire should be the yellow constant the 12v switched should be the red acc that you need to run a wire to the fuse box

the only one that matters is the one connected to the radio itself. if there is one on the chevy harness ignore it

ive only found one kind remote wire not capable enough of being remote wire... bought a spool cut a 17ft section &tested for continuity and it didn't have it

i actually have a few of those kits at the shop.... along with about 14 different brands of wire (1ft sections) anyone have any ideas on how i can objectively test these wires?

2 10s ported would be the loudest option. my favorite of them (other then the 05 XXX) is the SX 10. just something about that sub, i love it but id probably suggest the dual 10s ported tuned to 37hz

ya it really depends on the situation... we do the cardboard more often for the more complex logos and the actual wood less often and only for easy logos. cardboard is alot easier to work with and can be trimmed ect easily, it also has varying thicknesses and is easier to carpet/looks better once carpeted. since it compresses the finished product normally turns out better. wood is solid so really unless you stretch the carpet and get it to conform with the logo very well it doesnt turn out as good as the cardboard. its hard to explain but trust me on this one. any slopes makes it look like a bad carpet job instead of an actual logo it takes a few fuck ups to get the feel for what works and what doesnt

then i would say its lucky he has a rf amp with a fuse in it
