The kicker amps are running my 4 kicker 6.5's in the doors. I will be using a MTX 6500D for the subs. Right now I am running D4 coils and the amp is seeing 1ohm. The amp plays fine at 1 ohm and barely gets warm, but I have blown both of the 20amp fuses on the amp a couple times. So I'm thinking with 4 D4 coils the amp will be seeing 2 ohms which should stop it from popping fuses.

4 wont fit straight across. I have roughly 38 possibly 39 inches to work with. We are thinking about a design with the 4 tens on top placed in a pattern like this forward slash / / Just picture 2 tens on each line in that direction. If ported, the port will be in the lower part of the box facing the rear hatch with the amps mounted above it sowehow.

Hey guys, I currently have 2 10" kicker CVR subs in a ported box. I am going to buy 2 more tomorrow. I have a MTX 6500D I will be using for the subs. The car I have is a 06 PT cruiser. My question is, should I stick with a ported box or go sealed? The setup I have now hits pretty hard, but because the box is a little big for the CVR's, the speakers pop at times when trying to play a low note. Do your research on all of this and you will see this is not your average digital camera. I will sell everything for $750 shipped. The camera alone was $499, $160 for the 55-200mm lens, and $199 for the flash. I also have a camera bag and a 2gb memory card. All of this is practically new and comes with all the original boxes/paperwork. I can get pics if anyone is interested. I am only selling this stuff because I want to get back into car audio.
