what kind of setup are you running? I'm doing ok with my truck... but not super. lol... it's really built more to tear your head up a bit. hahaha I clamped only 1009 watts doing a 148.4 op the dash sealed up and a 152.3 in the kick. Stock alternator, Stock battery. I'm only doing 47.1, I have a single 15" in my civic with a 2k amp. Are you going to stay no-wall or run in the truck/suv class this season?

I think i've used Acetone before to loosen the hard CA glue and then everything just falls out.

have you tried to smooth the inside of the box and the interior too? if not that will gain you a couple dB.

Im located around the Lancaster area. But to change things up a little, i ditched the 1.5cf prefab and got adventures with a good deal on mdf and built a custom 3.0cf that fits perfect behind my seat and im actually thinking a level two 15 would look amazing in there! however i need help on tuning, its my fist box and i wanna know what would be a perfect match for the level 2 15? also do i wanna do a round port or a square? Thanks, Andrew round or square is up to you, both work well, i would tune the box around 30-34Hz. What amp do you have for the sub?

where are you located? with 400ish watts, you'd probably be best off with the lvl2 unless you plan on getting a bigger amp later on, then the 3 would be the way to go.
