  1. There is a giant "+" and "-" sign on it, how could you mess them up?!? Really having a hard time comprehending how there could be an issue with the simplicity of how it is currently. ?
  2. There was an episode of soundman on youtube where he did the same thing, just used a mirror to "guide" the sunlight to exactly where he needed it to cure! ?
  3. Not to get too far off topic, but I have 1 international patent (Australia), 3 utility patents and 3 design patents on dough forming, stamping and processing equipment I designed for work. There is a very cool feeling of accomplishment when they are approved. I submitted mine in 2008 and finally just found out in late December 2015 that 2 of them were approved. Our US patent office is slow as hell!!! Lmao
  4. They are SUPER boring to read unless you have skin in the game. That being said when you are trying to protect your ass the fine details is also what saves your ass!! I personally was just granted patents 5,6 and 7.....and no matter how many you get approved it is always an awesome feeling!! Congrats!!
  5. Amazing how deceiving that sub makes that box look relatively "normal" in size, then you slap it in the back of the van and see just how damn big it is!!! Lol
  6. You aren't kidding with the price of those disconnects. We run those almost exclusively for our hydraulic set-ups....they are pricey, but from what we have experienced with cheaper ones arcing worth the price for piece of mind. Nice set-up!
  7. Nothing special, but Finally got around to picking up a "transportation device" for the tools I have invested in! And lets be honest....just looks damn sexy! Lol Much easier to transport as opposed to sitting in my toolbox like they were.
  8. Just out of curiosity how can you be so sure it was bent before they got it? How do you know it wasn't bent upon return shipping? And if it was bent when it got to Sundown maybe it happened due to your faulty packaging. Just some thoughts.
  9. I have to ask just based on my unfamiliarity with the I-beams....but what is tuning on those like? Obviously you can't go throwing 5x the rated power on those, but is there still the concern with clipping on those? Or is it just givng them the rated power and you are good to go??
  10. Is it wrong that I am cracking up at the fact you posted your nice set-up and the only feedback is background advice for the computer???
  11. I can only speak for myself, but good habit is to keep your reciepts for EVERYTHING you put into your car. Come insurance claims, you will find that becomes very beneficial!
  12. Yeah, but this power factor stuff you speak of is just something you made up to sell stuff right??
  13. Yeah, I watched that vid, I thought that hose was the one that circulated down, but that makes sense! I have seen it done once now so I would consider myself an expert! Time to go water cool my Atari!!! Lol
  14. I only ask this because I know NOTHING about computers and water cooling....so all the captain know it all's can tone it down and take it easy. But now that you have the enclose water cooling system and you mentioned you are going to be adding more water to the resevoir to top it off, how do you add the fluid without getting the water everywhere since all the tubing is full already. Is there just a port on the top of the resevoir to add fluid or how do you go about that??? Just curious as I am assuming now that it is an enclosed system it has to be harder to add fluid as opposed to when you didn't have the fluid in the tubes already and could just use that length to add it outside of the computer. (If that makes sense.)
  15. Things are going to get crazy when I post up my Apple GII gaming rig! Might go play some Oregon Trail or Number Munchers right now. I know if I put some braided wiring or more thermal paste in the disk drive it will probably work faster!
  16. I don't do anything with computers, and don't know crap about building them, so I think the simple solution would just be to use EVERY thermal paste out there, and slather it all over every surface possible! Problem solved!
  17. Lmao, well allow me to step in and give you my opinion. I don't know jack about computers, or any of the giberish that has been discussed on this thread! Me and technology rarely get along well! With that being said....the box with all the crazy computer crap you are cramming in it looks damn sexy! Who cares how it functions!
  18. Would definitely deal with again! Fast shipping, packaged excellent, great communication! How it should always go!!
  19. This might be something I need to integrate into my trunk to keep the piston pump and the hydraulic fluid nice and cool on our hot/humid summer days!
  20. i will post the guts of that too! no prob! the thing is, this amp here, is a class A/B.....so there is no way you can fit 1100 watts of class AB power into that little chassis. Class D, is a different story, that is why the smaller Monoblock amp was able to do big power. I am willing to do a Hifonics class D soon and maybe they will do rated. I will do a CEA 2006 model for sure. I will be tuned for a Hifonics dyno test! I'm surprised you gave them a maybe do rated haha I am anxious to see that CEA compliance means nothing in 2012-2013 Thanks for your work Mr. SM I think there will be A LOT of people tuned in for that testing!
