Economics final at 830= aderal and me staying up all night. Any one else having fun with finals this week? What are yalls plans for the summer? I love my MCD1000 it puts out 1300 at 1ohm but memphis is expensive

I am planning on getting a lvl 4 for my set up this summer I think a camo one would be bad ass. I will defenetly have to hit you up in about a month or so

defenetly batteries caps are a waist of money. i got one for my set up and it didnt help voltage drop one bit. the optima that i got did though

In my opinion less is better. There is no need to have 4 amps. get 1 or 2 btl's how ever many you think you can take... you will be happy with 1 if you had 4 type r's but either way stick with one amp to one sub. less complicated and less to deal with if something goes wrong.

how do you like it? iv been thinking about getting the memphis line driver but i have never seen one in a set up or heard the difference. what do you think about it?

used to get on 3 or 4 times a day but now about once or twice a week because it depresses me that my jeep is posted up for about a month until i can fix her. I miss having a system more than not having a car on campus anymore

Its just a 4 banger also. not horsepower wise but the 4 banger is a better/stronger motor than the 6 is...even though i would like to have one haha. I have the stock alt. and a optima yellowtop under the hood. Just one battery.

Sounds about like my jeep. You should really look into putting a hardtop on it thats what i did with mine. I had two 10s in my jeep with a soft top and it was bad lol. Doesnt hold any pressure in at all. Down or twords the back is best in a jeep. specially with a rag top that way the woofer will have something to hit off of. My box faces the back and is about 8 inchs from the back door.

I will try and borrow a camera and get some pics for you. Nothin real clean lookin I just took the back seat out and put the box back there. I know wranglers arent the loudest out there but dont let people tell you that you cant make one loud. Im not saying mine is but evenchually she will be haha. I would love to hear about your jeep and I will try and help you out with any info you might need.

Not to sure, systems on hold now though i guess. I would love to slap a nightshade in there but i dont think im gointo have the jeep moving agian until this summer when i start working again. Do you think my mcd1000 would have enough juice to move a shade? I know they rms higher than i can put out but do you think it would hit/sound harder than my m3? If you are still workin on the box id like to make a trip over sometime soon. One of my friends on campus might want to check it out, might get him to drive haha

could be more than you think, mine is around the mid 140's now and i didnt think it was that loud

I have thought about it before since my system is in a jeep wrangler. I dont see how it could hurt, it can only help the situation. Im goin to try it over the summer when i get alil $$

I wish i could, I have been askin around campus for you though. My friend is giving me an L7 still under warranty to send back to kicker so if he finds the reseat I might try that.

If funds permit I will come. hopefully i can get a new sub in the jeep by then
