  2. looking to buy mpyre audio 65m mids. I don't need the crossovers, just the mids. Decent-new condition, i'm not really picky, they won't be seen.
  3. just saw on woofersetc.com they list it at $340 neat little tool though for sure.
  4. I'm honestly getting pretty damn excited.. TBH I've been excited the whole time. It sucked being bass-less for long, but I believe it'll definitely be worth the wait. Not once did I lose faith in Rusty and the Crew at DC, I understand what they've been going through and that they had no control over what happened, I mean they ordered parts before they ever ran out. I will be glad once I get it though, it'll definitely feel like Christmas... Let the anticipation build!
  5. Ehh just bought a new board in june, this coulda saved me a chunk of change lol :/
  6. I've never had that issue. There are 4 different types of drive for the original 360s. As long as you use the right drive it should work fine. I've done probably about 15 or so of those repairs for people and never had an issue.
  7. Don't forget Corona_Jeff. DC pricing is confidential, you either need to call direct or call/message a DC Rep
  8. Have a T3 t1000 motor I need to get rid of. Motor accepts a 2.5" coil. 10/10 Mechanically 8.5/10 cosmetically - (light scuffs on chrome) Start off at $50+ shipping OBO. may be willing to trade, just shoot me offers. NO coaxial speakers though. need this gone asap.
  9. just the bulbs or full set? and would you take $15 Joe? LMK
  10. I have one that works great.. except it needs a new cd/dvd drive. $25 on ebay for em, easy to swap. lmk if you're interested.
  11. Haha well you've peaked in the thread at the beginning, but... http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/110770-97-mustang-gt-dc-xl/#entry1546199 it's not quite done yet, ran outta wood lol. .88 sealed currently, Gonna start off at a 2:1 ration and see how we like it, if it needs more ported chamber than we'll gradually increase it up to 2.5 until we find something that we like.
  12. Getting ready to get started on the 4th order. Woots

  13. was just getting ready to post that I didn't have any black :/ glad you found it though
  14. no one mentioned anything about small claims court.. and how is OP a jerk when he was victim.. real smart there genius...
  15. yes/no but it would have to be ran active, and it would be limited to what you could do with them wired together. But you should never wire speakers of different ohm loads together, it's a no no
  16. Drool... can't wait to see what this amps does in your ride.
  17. what about red or blue with black wire loom on it? haha kidding. I'll dig through my box and post back in a few minutes if I have any.
  18. Big name celebrity + OMG shock factor + ability to quickly share on interwebs.. = shit ton of views for terrible video. It's easy lol
  19. Damn that sucks bro. But it's so easy you could have done it yourself for much much less.
  20. Ahh yes, that is a location I tried. That pic unfortunately is not of my actual door. My car came with the mach 460 stock, and has the location for the 2.5 midrange/tweeter there, which is going to be modified to accept a 3" midrange. It's the best place for it to get bring the staging up from the mids. Thus why I'm having trouble placing the tweet. That said, if it weren't for the midrange going there, thats most likely where i'd place the tweet. Still seems that it'll most likely end up in the A pillar.
  21. Yes. I believe the correct way would be to run the 6s and 4s together, thus wiring to 2 ohm, then wiring the tweets to their own channels at 4ohms (assuming those are the correct impedances of the speakers) would be better if ran on an active setup
