  1. Ive seen the issue before. It is cause by 1 of 2 reasons. 1. The woofer is severely over powered. 2. The signal from the amplifier is clipping (distorted)
  2. I used to charge $45 per hour to deaden. Doing a trunk in the proper fashion with plenty of deadener, expanding foam, and caulk may take 2 hours for me. A quick slap on of 1 layer of matt deadener will be a 45 minute job.

  7. I am home for a bit. As far as power and time. Current flows at the speed of light and its AC current so it alternates back and forth. So this is not an issue, there is no perceived time deviation.

  9. This is the woofer I am giving away in my contest. 15" woofer 3" Copper Coil D2ohm 1000w rms dual spaced spiders rigid paper cone aluminum dust cap nice big motor integrated tinsel leads Direct 8awg leads
  10. Its related to this. Which was a huge failure http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/General_Motors_EV1
  11. Gain should be matched to head unit signal voltage. Not speaker impedance. If the signal into the amp is 4v, you set the gain at or around 4v. Doesnt matter if its 1 ohm 2 ohm 4 ohm or any ohm on the output side. Gain is an input adjustment.
  12. the camera never went to static or cutout. I thought lightning had an EMF around it.
  13. MakeLuvnotKids has entered and Dr. Subwoofer himself makes an appearance and gives us some of his dance skills. Funny as hell.
