That sucks bro. You know that same shit happened to me when i first started doing installs. rush rush rush...then in the end no money. I am embarrassed to say this but the guy that rushed me and decided he wasn't gonna pay me....ended up loosing his system. A week after I installed it, I removed it for him. That was about 12 years ago, I was young and dumb. Only advice I can give you is if your friends want you to install anything for them, make sure they provide everything except maybe the tools. If you have to use your materials, make them pay for it. And most importantly, if they are not going to pay you for your time...make them help.

I might have to try Hurculiner this time too. My new box is fuggin huge. It cost me $180 to get my last box sprayed with Line-X and thats only because the guy calculated the square footage wrong. But the Line-X is so nice. Is the Hurculiner real rough when you run your hand across it? I know my Line-X is pretty smooth, but it has all the bumps and things in it. The Line-x is really easy to clean since its smooth, I can just wipe it off with a dry towel.

I will admit that there have been a few instances where i was involved but more or less i am just speaking of some observations that i have made. to PunkRok, im not going to bring up any specific moment. I didn't post this to start any problems. Just venting a little and wanting to hear some others opinions whether you agree or disagree with me.

Why is it you can't have an opinion on this forum? I see people left and right getting bashed or getting nothing but smart ass remarks when they post there opinion. I know that sometimes when reading on the forum its easy to mistake sarcasm or a joking tone for someone being defensive or being an asshole. I know this is gonna cause some people on here to have a bitch fit but its really getting old. I would guess for the most part that this site is full of grown men, well people over the age of 18. And i would assume that being of age you would have come across a few people in your time that did not share your same taste. I would also assume since your still alive and well that you didn't pick fights with those people and that you weren't an arrogant smart ass to them either. I know if i started pointing fingers that I would most likely get some time off and that's the most messed up part about it. Some folks around here have a god complex while others are just plain ignorant. I like this forum but lately its just been so bad to the point where I just stay in the TDH section or I just stay away completely. I'm not real sure where I wanna go with this so I am just going to leave it at that. Oh and BTW some of you need to learn the difference between "Hating" and someone just having an opinion.

You can make some at Vista Print for free. they will let you get 250 cards for free you just pay like 5 buck shipping. Warning they will try to get you to upgrade. You can use there free templates but you cannot change the font type, size, placment or color.

my voltage during a cold start is anywhere from 16 and i have seen as high as 16.7v but it settles down to high 15s after a few mins. My batteries are fine. You should be good.

I have mounted my amps directly to the box for forever and have never had an issue. But it wouldnt hurt to put the rubber between although i dont know how much those little bushings would help, really. If you can spare the space i would say your safe.
