When i had my 9813 sometimes i would have trouble with it. After disconnecting it to do some work or whatever and reconnecting the radio back when i was done it wouldnt work. A couple of times i thought i blew it but after messing with and disconnecting the harness after awhile it would work. Still puzzled about that to this day...

Ive had my car impounded before for that. The way i see it.. If harleys can be loud as F*** (i know they need to be heard and seen) and air planes i fly through all hours of the night and the police can blow red lights for no reason then i should be able to play my music as loud as i want. But thats just me.
