THANKS , i cant believe how much more efficient this way is , no more trying to cut full sheets on a small table , and having a good dust collection system really helps ...
on the side of my saw is where i put all the sheets of wood and scrap it will make sense later on !!!

if you ask me , i like big boxes , i ran 2 12s with 2500 watts , in a 12 cubic foot box and hit 148.00 at 32 htz . i feel the bigger the better , thats just me
I have build for them too, and ive got 4 in 5.5 cubes so only 1.375 each and they do great. excellent frequency response too
but the bigger... then less power you should run.. not really the bigger the better
imo i feel the more air space , the louder the boom , thats just me
i would go with 2 6 inch ports 20 long thats 36.5 htz or 22long 35.5 htz , that 28.5 square inches per port , that 57 square inches total , that gives you almost 11 square inches of port per cubic foot , thats not bad
The 3.5ft^3 is assumed to be after displacements.
ok that sounds a lot better if it is after displacements , if its the total vb, then is way too small of a box
wow , i did the math on that , that would only leave you with 2.09 cubic feet after displacement , and i came up with 48 htz, you might want to rethink that, but i could be wrong ,
go to parts express and look there , dont look at name brands look at the specks of the speakers , you can get home audio speakers for the half the price and a way better product , take a look at some b and c speakers ,
