Well luck was not on my side. :mad: I did not make it to the show. I fell at work and injured my knee! I was leaving work for the day. I was walking to my car and slipped on some motor oil that someone dumped in the trash can outside( I work for a autoparts store). The oil must have leaked from a hole on the bottom of the trash barrel or something. So I am stuxk at home with sprain/twisted MCL or some shit. So I missed out on this event. But there will be others. Anyway here is my pic that I took with my cell phone. After some tuning and messing with the line driver, I hit 150.2db at 49 hertz. But no pic cause my buddy hit the reset button. Like I said there will be another event. I will be there even if I have to crawl on my stomach to get there.

I will be attending the Texas Heatwave San Antonio Car Show on May 3rd. I will be in the Stock 601-1800. This will be thr first time that I will be using my Sundown amplifier in competion. Based on the testing and current numbers that I am getting on my buddys termlab I feel that it will be a good show for me. :hairtrick: I will post some pics of the show sometime after the 3rd. Since this post has been raised from the dead...... Did you use any kind of insulation or rubber gaskets, when you mounted the amp to the box?

No its not. My amp works like a champ. I will check my connections today and mess with my wiring. To answer fis10 question, I only have the one sundown amp. Thanks for the help guys

Don't know what to call it. But recently my SAZ-3000d has been kicking on a sec or two after I turn on my headunit. Could it be maybe bad connection on the remote? Wierd thing is that it does not happen all the time.

Just wondering... Gan I use a regular telephone cord to extend the wired gain/bass contoller that came with my 3000D?

Great price for that amp. I would be all over this, But I already own a awesome amp from some company called Sun..something or another. Ever heard of them before??

A Sundown entry level sub looks and preforms like a competion level sub of other audio companies.

Just wondering , But how many times have you heard the phrase "I never heard of it" when some comments on your Sundown Audio gear? How do you respond to that? Most of the time I give the person a demo of my ride :hairtrick: and give them Sundowns website and tell them about the great service from Jacob. But if the person is being a dick... well I just gorilla flex on him and Simply say "Well I guess you heard of them now.

Deja vue. I also had that same Alphasonik amp and Kicker Subs in my ride. I got rid of the amp and replaced it with a 3000d. I still got my L7s though. But I am beating them L7s hard with that Sundowm like they owe me money. I plan to get a pair on Nightshades too once I get rid of my Kickers.
