So my bros, David, Carlos and I recently made a new box for my 15" XLs. On top of that we took out the Memphis Mojo and put in an American Bass VFL 500.1. New box is 6.1 cubes @35 hertz with two 4" tube ports forward. subs back inverted Drove 260 miles(round trip) to meet Rusty and pick up my two DC lvl 4 XL 15"s We drove 558 miles round trip to meet Blackink from Caraudioclassifieds to get the American Bass VFL 500.1 Got a couple vids im uploading. will get more tomorrow

I called Rusty and he had my XLs ready before i got there. But i drove a couple hours to pick them up. It was either pick them up or wait around 5-7 days to get them (cause the weekend).

Thanks I ruled them out when i seen the 5% THD. I seen that one, thank you. Not bad, i had a AQ2200 and it was great. Maybe it is just wishfull thinking but im trying to get a little more power.

IM looking for used, my budget is kinda set. and I am looking for a little more then 3k total. I would like to be over 4k

Recommend any amps that i might be able to find either >4000wrms at 1 ohm, or 2 amps >2000wrms @ 2 ohm. I dont want crap. any brands/models too look out for. I know i would be interested in the popular brands like sundown, AQ, Rockford, stetsom, ext. What are some other quality amps from less known companies? Cresendo, audiopipe. just trying to broaden my search and notwaste my money on complete crap.

I called Mechman and the guy that answered was very helpfull. I emailed XS, took a few days to get back but they did. I emailed DC, they took about a week or two to get back to me, so i tried to call them, they put me on hold said they would look it up, waited 10 minutes then was hung up on. They didnt answer the phone the rest the day. I havent tried Iraggi since his ebay store went out.

I see a few people selling the Soundstream XXX-6500. anyone have any input on these? quality? reliable? power effecient?

I have a blown Memphis Mojo 16-MCD4K and i was wondering where i could get it repaired? Is it something that would have to send to Memphis only? I would think there is someone else out there that could do it. Any shops in Sacramento areas?

Im looking for around 3000-6000 watt rms to run my subs. Either one or Two amps. I have two dual 1 ohm DC lvl 4XL 15"s. ANYONE IN THE SACRAMENTO AREA? Kinda a strict budget for this, that why im looking for used. $400-$600 depending on what you got.

Im confused on how so many people can think that under powering can damage subs. Cause if this was true every time you turn the volume down it would blow your subs right?

Flaming dr pepper. Mix 3/4 shot amarreto and 1/4 shot everclear light it on fire blow it out and take a shot. It's good. Some places say to drop it in a beer then chug. But that tasted horrible
