those wheels set it off nicely, car looks different colors in your pics....is it just the camera?

should be a problem as far as special car, they are meant to be "off road use only" but then alot of thing now a days are i doubt you would get a ticket for it

take the clear coat off first, there is aircraft paint stripper you can use, BUT make sure not to get it in the area between the spokes since it painted that dark gray color if they are curved take a small circular sander to them to get them smooth then pic up sanding paper, go from 3-400 upto 1500-2k grit, add water towards the end then use polish to finish it off, use a small polishing wheel that you can put on your drill did mine a while back this is how they looked, on mine i got the paint stripper in between the spokes and had to repaint that area after wards threw on some new tires
