wrist wraps You could something like those along with lots of dumbbells, eliminates the need of bending the wrist so much, Ive broken my wrist several times along with my forearms from football so i feel ur pain, and also depending on how bad ur back and legs are, for cardio u could use an elyptical, or a bike(my personal favorite) also what i found to help my wrist alot was hanging excercises, pull ups, hanging leg raises, etc..... hurts like a bitch the first few times, but it allows some of the pressure to get relieved after a few weeks.

honestly where i started with my svt was exhaust, CAI, jackson racing supercharger, and then a good tune. I wouldnt waste the money on a TBS didnt make enough of a differnce to pay for it on mine, Now if u wanna run nitrous they are perfect but other than that a waste imo. But if u have just a zx5 or zx3 just start with exhaust, easiest 10-15hp i got out of mine. Not to mention my MPG went up almost 2 with it, But if u have the Duratec motor good luck cuz i have hardly seen many over 200hp or so.

exactly but just the way he worded it sounded like they have no heat or anything at all, just wanted to clear that up being that i run a lvl5 18. And its not just a luke warm, its pretty dang hot, hasnt effected the sub at all though thing still pounds away day in and day out. And thats with the cleanest signal i can get out of my amp. And forevrbumpin is corect from what all ive read on the differences.

But ya do gotta admit they do get warm pretty quick. i mean mine hasnt had a problem with the 2600 or so im throwing at it. but it does get warm, when i jam on it for more than a few minutes.

the biggest difference youll get it out of the box you make for the 12, now if u wanna have some head room down the road to go with more power go with the xl if not the lvl4 will be fine off that 1600 just make sure u give it a clean signal.
