yea no to caps. get a good sized batt for the back and do the big three. and if possible, use 1/0 for it all.

i would do both. but if you cant do both, then the extra batt would prob come before the alt IMO edit: make sure the big 3 is done also.

yea in my 98 altima that i had the rear window seal has a little split right on the bottom (from where the seal starts/ends) and i had a water problem too. put a little silicone to cover the little gap and no more water.

you listed some nice equip but i would suggest to upgrade that 4 channel crunch. I had a crunch 4 channel and its ok, but for some AA mids, i would want to make sure i can hear the music too instead of just bass. just my .02

yea do the big 3 fo sho. that will help it out a lot. and upgrade your wires to 0/1 and you should be good to go. edit: of course a battery upgrade and alt upgrade would help a lot too but with just upgrading the wires it will help.
