I might as well do a review over it after having it for over a year, battery is also still great.

I like iPods but think there just OverRated. Soo many people have them, and people in general call MP3 Players iPods! They are taking over! For sound quality I stick to Samsung. I got a Samsung P2 Touchscreen and man it sounds soooooo much better then iPod with same heaadphones. It has a fully customizable EQ and different effects (Music speed, 3D, Bass adjuster, etc.) If you want sound quality go with Samsung! Here is the Samsung P3 (Updated version) coming out. I'm telling you I've done side-by-side comparison with iPod, Samsung, Phillips, and Samsung came out victorious even with flat EQ and especially after EQ Tweaks. Edit: The earbud headphones that come with the MP3 are amazing at bass. Very natural and go great with their MP3 Players. Also the Themes can be changed/downloaded/made, constantly updated Firmware that adds features, Games, Bluetooth to connect to phone, transfer files, play wirelessly to bluetooth speakers/headunits.

I can get the Pioneer for about $400 Shipped, which is what I might do. If it had detachable face, 5 volt preouts, and a wireless control (Seperate for $15) then this decision would be a no-brainer.

It looks cool but alot of people say it's a little on the slow side but still good for the price. You can get on SonicElectronix for $399, but if you buy from eBay (SonicElectronix) you get it $375 Shipped with free wiring harness & adapter.

I want to get a Double Din HU to upgrade my current Single Din. I was looking at the JVC KW-AVX810 I love that is has -5 Volt Preouts -Detachable Face I was also looking at the Pioneer AVH-P4100DVD And like the -Buttons to play next track, previous track (Touching to change song everytime would get annoying) But doesn't have a detachable face. Do yall think the JVC is a good unit or if the Pioneer is better?

I have to disagree on that one. I prefer Higher End JVC, Pioneer, & Eclipse. (I never really like Alpine HU's for some reason) X2. It's either Single or Double Dins. You just can't have both.

The Pioneer AVH-4100DVD looks nice. Does anyone know how the JVC KW-AVX810 is? It has 5 Volt Pre-Outs. Do ya'll think it's better then the Pioneer 4100DVD? (Sound Quality, Interface) I'm looking for a little better sound quality then my Pioneer 5000UB and for more scrolling options to see more songs.

Can't you buy the faceplates of eBay?

I say Pioneer Premier PRS800 or an Eclipse HeadUnit. I would suggest the Eclipse CD7200MkII ONLY if you're gonna use external amps for Mids & Highs since it doesn't have a Built-In Amplifier. I'm really looking into getting a Higher End Premier myself.
