  1. Random 'friend' comes out with 2 cheap store-bought 12's on a sealed prefabricated box running a 2000W JBL amp off an autozone crank battery and a stock alternator and has no idea what "0 gauge wire" or "sound deadner" means and says he knows more about car audio than me. MOTHERFUCK THAT!!! I almost beat his ass
  2. I gotta go to court on monday for some tickets too Out of topic, I love looking at that avatar you got
  3. Sweet. But you still got a ticket?
  4. They're 15's right? maybe the box is too big. But I might be wrong, someone verify this.
  5. Your PM box is full man,

  6. Sounds WAY harder than some 10's I got. Nice.
  7. I could use an mp3 if you still have it and if it's not violating any rule.

  11. Just saw your reply and hell yeah!
  12. I think this needed depending on how heavy the subs are and how thick the wood is, ex. If youre building a box for 2 18's with .75 MDF, I would highly recommend putting a second or even a third baffle, I'm no professional though, It just releaves stress off the first baffle.
  13. Yeah I got it now. I appreciate the help.
  14. Rest In Peace Hope they make it through and find the killer.
  15. I appreciate the reply, and yes is your calculator and is very handy man I appreciate you sharing it. P.S. I'll be needing your opinion on my box, now that I know how I'll post it up on the subwoofer/enclosure section tomorrow, It's my first and I need help from a professional, hopefully you can take a look at it
  16. I got a Imageshack, Photobucket wouldn't let me sing up, don't know why
  17. Yeah I need to ask some questions about a new box that I made on sketchup but I still haven't figured out how to take the picture and post it, I just made an Image Shack account but I don't know how people post the pics, I'm new to the software. Also I downloaded a box tuning calculator from an SMD member that I forgot the name of for calculations that I also need to post but dont know how to and I seen a lot of posts of this calculator too,
  18. I appreciate that man.
  19. I don't mean to get out of topic too much but what is the math you used to deteremine that? I need to know cause I'm kind of new and it's some handy stuff to know. If it ain't too much trouble I would really appreciate it
  20. Sorry to hear that man, and thanks for the info, I'll stay tuned.
  21. I'm interested man, and I forget what is the name of those things you used for bracing. Where you get those from? Are those better than 2X4's or whatever for bracing?
  22. Haha...didn't pay my cellphone bill either, and i'll let you know.
  23. I'm at North West and damn that amp is badass, I'll see if I can hustle up that money before somebody else buys it, I might be able to go pick at up too
  24. Where you at on Houston?
