Well Stone Temple Pilots were a big band during the 90's. Kind of grunge rock. But I myself don't have a girlfriend, but I know the biggest thing in relationships is trust. Let her go to the concert and know that nothing will happen. I don't think STP concerts will get too out of hand. Maybe a mosh here and there but thats it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fZouvJPA2ng heres a big song by them -
Well I would never get a volfenhag amp haha. I plan on getting a kicker or rockford. From what I see, Volfenhag subs are built with quality, I just don't know why there so cheap.
-
I plan to, its just the Type R's are 60 bucks more a piece and I'm just wondering what makes them a whole lot better?
-
Ok, so I was looking at subs, *I plan on getting Type R's when I get my system* and I noticed these subs. The zx4715dvx Volfenhag 15". Now from the videos I've seen on youtube and stuff, these look like very nice subs. http://www.woofersetc.com/p2293/ZX4715DVX-...m-Subwoofer.htm theres a picture Theres a video link.It looks like these pound hard but I know little about them. If anyone could give me more info, I would truly appreciate it.

Ok So Wat Should I Do?

Go, who cares about the box. Yes box matters but if your system sounds better now than it did, you'd be stupid to switch back. -
Just listen to this sing, I'll be there, truly an amazing song. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q6bARIaMhCM Jackson 5 was the complete band, Michael who was probably the greatest performer of all time, awesome backing vocals, and catchy tunes. People who say pop is great now a days, they got nothing on Jackson 5. I was hoping to see Michael when he went on tour again to see him sing this song, but I guess it won't happen.

*update* talked to my dad and this is what I said and happened. We could get an upgraded system in the car for 1500 dollars with a decent sound with speakers made out of cardboard. Or we could take that 1500 dollars and buy aftermarket equipment and have a stereo that sounds 3x better for almost the same price if not even a little cheaper and he started easing up to the idea. *sorry for the triple post* -

Dang, I might have to convince my dad to let me do this. I mean heard that stock jbl system before and it sounds good. With this stuff though, its so much better made and I'm guessing it sounds a lot better too haha. Would the battery be necessary or would my stock battery be alright??? And how much does that battery roughly cost??? -

I was looking at the Pioneer FH8000bt and its a nice head unit. My dad has an pioneer *Don't know the exact modal* but its about 8 years old. Thing has everything, 12 setting frequency eq etc. Only thing it doesn't have is dvd playback. Anyways this was the first thing to start going in the system along with the 6 disc changer made by pioneer. They make nice stuff, just aren't always reliable. My buddy has a nice Sony xplod deck with bluetooth, It just seems everyone has one. EDIT: I also was looking at the alpine ida-x303 and was wondering if this was a good head unit http://cgi.ebay.com/NIB-Alpine-iDA-X303-Di...p3286.m20.l1116

Well how much would you say it would cost to 4 alpine speakers *highs/mids* and 4 tweeters in? I plan on having a buddy help me install. With all those speakers plus the amp powering about 800-900 rms of subs, how long would a normal altenator last? (I wouldn't be able to bump during the winter as much cause it's below zero from about January-February) -

Yeah, I would like to do that, but my dad is helping me pay for my car and he is saying how stock systems are great and you don't need aftermarket crap. It took me a long time to convince him to get subs cause he tells me my altenator wouldn't last 6 months with subs -
I'm looking at getting the toyota corolla S series with the JBL upgraded system and putting aftermarket subs. I just wanna know, does JBL make a good stereo cause I do not know much about them.

Awesome man, thanks for the tip. I'm looking actually looking at aplines at the moment.
