To me it would seem easier to cut at the bottom. I would not want to redo the top baffle and the speaker cut outs. Much easier to cut the bottom and redo the port. How would you go about cutting the top?

Is your wood thickness really 1.5" or two layers of .75" on top and .75" on the other sides?

you can still salvage the box. Cut at the red line and make a new bottom Then this would be your box I think you would like it a lot more and it will be able to breath.

I got 16.5 net cubes tuned at 36hz box is to big and it will more then likely not give you the best output since port is dang near blocked off

yea I was thinking with the combination of the rain, clouds and the sun setting it made for a sweet picture.

Went outside to check out the red skies to the west and Rainbow in the east sky. You can see the raindrops in this photo and I thought it was neat. The two pictures with the rainbow in it were taken with my android phone. The other pictures were taken with my Canon DSLR camera.
