The T10001bd amp is a mono amp... You see 4 speaker outputs on the amp but that is only for convenience.

I would buy the RE's and the amp... but like you said might as well get that DD can always use it in another car or sell it.

I have a Sundown SAE1200d.. I went from a Rockford Fosgate T10001bd to the Sundown SAE-1200d and the Sundown amp was a very noticeable difference better then the Rockford Fosgate T10001bd. I have upgraded again since the Sundown amp though. I have nothing but good things to say about Sundown.. very good equipment. and from actually using a Sundown SAE-1200D you would be very happy with it.

Its just me I guess, I feel that I can bury the wire in the lug and not have any wire exposed as opposed to using shrink tube or the rubber sleeves to cover the wire up on a ring terminal.

Couldn't you just prefit the wire to the lug first. Then put the Pellet in melt it flux the wire then put it back in?

I just came across this on eBay and though it was a pretty neat item. I just bought some more 1/0 wire and wire lugs and was looking for solder and came across this, so I picked up a few. Yes I know the Video is a joke.. I only posted it because of all the problems people with older PS3 are having.. Corrupted Trophy rooms, Network error, Date getting set to 12-31-1999. Not knowing what is going on... Cant play any games not even when you disconnect from the network....messed up right now apparently people with the new Slim PS3's are not having this problem right now.
