    i ditched the 60/40 bench in favor of bucket seats about 4 years ago. i got tired of having my nuts hugging the steering wheel. cant really fit to much behind the seats of the chevy's/gmc's. well the way im building mine it will be able to move it for those tender nights (the only plausible reason anyone would use a bench)

    the newer models look amazing but from what i just read the biggest was 550 RMS at 1ohm and 1100 MAX and it was 750 on ebay

    i guess the problem with 5ch amps is that they are really lacking in the +1 channel category i want to have enough power for the 8s and 240w i dont think will barely make them move

    i want to put a small system in my truck until i decide for sure what im going to do i have 2 SA-8s (dual 2ohm) and im gonig to build a ~1 cu box tuned to and i was looking into getting a good 5 channel to hold me over till i 100% decided on a big system ill probably be going with 2 sets of crescendo door speakers so whatever you think will power these speakers nicely without killing my bank account
