    box looks VERY nice! how do you measure the port for tuning in kerfs? i know people do it differently, but do you measure to the end? or halfway? or...? i would like to try a kerf cut, but it might sit better with me knowing the exact tuning frequency of a straight port

    you can leave em straight square cuts. tho if you cut with a jig saw i think it'll be easier to do em rounded

    depending on how much hardener you use, it could dry fast, or it could take a lil longer. and depends how warm it is. just go back every once in a while and poke at it

    yes. enclosure is 80% of an install. going a lil bigger on the box specs will help with the low end, but decreases power handling to an extent (tho you should still be able to give it the rated RMS power if you're in spec range). and going smaller takes away a little from the low end, while increasing the ability to handle power to an extent.

    i was gonna bring his car up definitely walled. dno the tuning but pretty sure he bass races. saw him a year or so ago when he had some RE's in the same setup i think a dodge caravan? some older family van. it didnt have any seats either. unless he took em out when he got there. didnt really look to see
