    Ya i know i got raped. But i didnt do my research back when i did it, you learn somethin new everyday. But how does the HPM compare to the KLMX. i know the Knu is CCA, but what about the Stinger?

    Ok so i'm looking to upgrade my run of power wire from 8 guage to 1/0, and this time i' researching (since its gonna be a long run), but when i did my big 3, my dumbass didnt research wire and i went to my local audio shop and bought 7 feet of Stinger HPM wire, for $7.99 a foot. :censored: So now after doing my homework, i've found KnuKonceptz KLMX for $1.75 a foot. Is this going to effect my power if i run two different kinds of wire? (n00b question)

    If your going to be wiring it to a 1ohm final load, you need a different amp, the 500.1 cant handle a 1ohm load, lowest is a 2ohm load.

    and it all comes down to the cop, Logan, they are legal in california, but when i had one a cop had pulled me over and told me they were illegal, i knew otherwise but i didnt want to argue with him so i just took it down. Figured it would cause me more harm then help.

    The Big 3 is VERY easy to install, i would suggest doing that yourself. But i have never done an Alt install, so idk about that one.

    I dont even let best buy look at my shit. let alone touch it. But next time dont buy something just because its a brand name. especially kenwood and sony.

    You'll definately need the big 3, If your parents dont trust you, i would recommend explaining to the shops what it is. You would probably have to supply them with the cable and terminals. But that'd be your best bet.

    Well im not a pro like the rest of the guys/girls around here, but i'd say go with rockford mids n highs. They sound good and aren't too pricy.
