it got a recone about a month ago, and hasn't seen more than 1500 watts. its new without the break in period lol.

rms on a hdc3 is 1000. but damn near everybody who has one with aluminum coils puts more than 2500 watts on it.

its really not hard...just take measurements and triple check them before you cut. predrill your holes before u put screws in, or if u are using nails then just pop em in.

still out of his price range...to the op, the audiopipe amps are pretty good from what i hear

i've heard of people taking a bent needle and poking a small hole in the dustcap and just using the bent needle to pull it out.

the amps are not rated to do 1 ohm. he either needs to get new subs or 1 big amp that is rated at 1 ohm...i think audiopipe makes a 3500 watt amp for a pretty good price that is rated at 1 ohm.

i turned 19 in February still live at home, do side jobs and installs and build boxes to support my habit but my grandma does help me out alot. im going to college to become a wind turbine technician. i plan to move out after i graduate.
