    Got the box done. Not bad for the first one. Got better at the corners as it went along. So now I know whats up next time. Still gotta do the side panels, but that will come later.

    You sure 10 feet of 0gauge is enough fro your vehicle? Just double check. You don't want to get started and realize you are short a couple feet.

    I learned this today. Go to iTunes>Edit>Preferences>General>Import settings> Then there should be a drop down list and choose "Apple Lossless Encoder"

    For the finish panel. Just wrap a piece of MDF, then glue it to the box? I would have to the panels for the sides. I have zero top or bottom room left.

    Well the front is most important I guess. Can I triangle the sides like you would with carpet?

    I thought I had this, but now I don't know lol. Where do I go from here? Nothing is attached, I just laid it over to get an idea. The box is 30" wide and the vinyl is 54" wide. Wrapping from front to back, how do I finish the sides nicely? Edit for pics

    Just gonna put what worked well for me. I had 3 15 XL's and 3 6" PSP ports in a 10 cuft box(3.34 per sub), and it got fucking loud and low. Power was a Stetsom 7k @.97 nominal.

    When I shipped out 20 of the D1600's, they weigh 50lbs each, and I used boxes that were a little bigger than the batts themselves, and stuffed them with Newspaper balled up... Put it on the bottom, so it was about 2 inches thick after being smashed down, and then stuffed the sides and top, taped up like mofo and all was great... Think packing peanuts would work in the place of newspaper? I got a ton of them from other packages.

    I got 2 xs 6500's I may need to ship. Thought I had factory packaging, but I do not. These are 58 pounds each, any suggestions to keep them safe from the fucktard FedEx people?
