  4. Copycat. I'd actually love to see it. esp if you can run and gun. Im sure your toys PWN mine. They kinda frown on that here in CA, and I had to qualify for holster draw/double tap/rapid fire/crouched and all that. And aint no AR's round here
  5. hahahahahahaa. pwned. (a-la that office-forum clip hahaha)
  6. Well Im no marine.... (HK mp5a4-Burst firing 3-7rounds each pull) (Glock 19-Drawn from holster and rapid fired-slow mag change) Like this: Really odd timing in the vid looks like I fire one round after "I'M done" but its some one on the lane over from me.
  7. <--$200 Home depot special. <---über jealous
  8. WOW. That trunk is baddass. Great work as usual. Did you open up the rear deck or do anything to let the pressure outta the trunk and into the cabin? Is there an armrest pass through?
  9. Well then you can afford..... http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/ind...showtopic=13017
  10. Jeezy and Thug Mot. 101 gets my vote. Got/gets the most playtime in my car, best for demos, has that sick intro and then just blasts whoever's sittin there like "where's the beat" "...even when I'm constipated I still sh*t on N**gas..." I like that one a lot, but the whole album is good IMO. ~2cents.
  11. Yea it's used a lot for face-framing of furniture and cabinets. There are some "simple" little jigs that just clamp down and let you drill your pockets at the set angle for the jig, and then there are other "presses" like your talkin bout of various sizes-kinda like the variety of miter saws you can find. some cordless some corded. some bulky some minimal. Some have a router style bit and some use a drill bit. I have no real use for it nor the biscuit cutter. I still have a biscuit cutter i got for free Im shoppin for a new router and miter saw right now maself-merry xmas to my damn self.
  12. Def some nice work for a 1st attempt and even better that like how it sounds. Keep it up and as BG mentioned you'e in the right spot if you wanna get "balls deep" into audio-this is def the place to be. Welcome aboard.
  13. Pocket holes? Not ringin a abell..... I'll look into it. Ok I found it. Gawd Bless the internet. http://www.routerforums.com/attachments/ji...table-pock5.jpg I've never used this method for car audio. It's basically a furniture building technique so I'm sure GP2K2 prolly uses it a bunch in his cabinet building. I "had to" demonstrate that I knew how to use it and such in woodshop back in High School. My computor desk that I made was built using that method to construct the framing. I don't consider it nearly as strong as the way I build enclosures so I might use it on an amp rack cover or something cosmetic but not really for anything load bearing.
  14. http://www.tribalvisiontruck.com/stereo.htm If you look in front of the guy there's a spl readout that looks like an A/C setup but I may be wrong and it says 152.3.
  15. When i was 10 or so my brother and I BOTH got NES's. our own console each! That was pretty pimp back then when that was the newest thing out. Basically like getting 2 PS3's now. Pops had a good year that year and hooked us up via his bonus. He made us open at the same time (my bro and I)...We were in shock for like 10 min.
  16. This is correct. (aka: Sean knows whats up) I generally design the same way based on this principle-low mass=higher transient resp. and high mass=slower trans response. As long as you don't exceed the capabilities of the subs, you'll cover a wider range of HZ "cleanly" this way.
  17. My co-worker (with the Green 2004 civic) found some rims on craigslist for $400 rims+tires in really good shape. We rolled out to Highlands to pick em up but I went and so did our other coworker so it was 3 of us, we took pretty big MAG lights "so we could see" and it was at this dudes house. We just walked up all together so they could see he wasn't alone and try anything but I was thinkin better safe than sorry. Never go alone. split up the $$ if poss. and I have brought "protection" of some sort any time I met up w/ some one i didnt know well.
  18. Sadly, this is NOT the 1st time I've seen this. I went to a local comp here in Sac CA at an after market automotive shop Called Sacramento Motoring Accessories. It's kinda one of the shadiest places on earth to go for aftermarket stuff and I have had nothing but bad exp's (or should I say "EXP. singular" cuz I never went back). They have these lil "impromptu" , "makeshift", not really legit car shows in their parking lots everynow and then and SOMETIMES they have a "soundoff". I went to one of the first ones a few yrs ago and it was "winner take all", every man for him self, no categories or anything and only 1 trophy. Well that time round I got the trophy beating out "the field" and one guy in a Newer Hyundai "??? hatch" with 2 L5 or L7 12's in a ported box. I had to "help w/ the mic placement" and whatnot and help the guys running it "do it as close to right as possible" since I knew the guys running it (ACME Tops & Tunes around the corner "kinda" sponsored it) I heard of another such event a yr or so later and went thru to see what the field looked like and found one of the guys from Acme HOLDING an old A/C mic in the direct path of exhaust blasting outta an RX7. I was like WTF!? I told him that mic was done for and that was the GAYEST thing I've ever seen. I just hopped in my car and cranked it on em and left in amazement that things could get that RICEY. (This coming from a guy w/ CF hood and chrome wheels...so what do I know right?)
