Yes they can handle ungodly amounts of power. DD is great stuff some people just think they are over rated due to their high prices, but dd has magic db dust which is why are so expensive.

There is a guy on caco selling some for 1100 a piece to give you an idea. not quite sure new though my friend said they were like 3 grand.

Good luck 4k is a lot of juice I dunno how big those stingers are,but I bet your going to have quite a bit of voltage drop with that. If your putting the lvl 5 on 4k make your box on the smaller side of what is recommended like around 3 cubes.

They laugh at 4k when they are in the proper enclosure and its clean power. Clip em and you can kill them on 1k.

Not in all cases I have heard some cars that sound really good with sub up port back in trunks. Look at bejays cobalt his is like that. I did a couple cars like that too sounded real loud.
