I've read that with turbos, mileage can sometimes drastically improve. I mean with the engine you put it on. Anybody know anything about this? I've read that's one reason newer fuel efficient cars and SUVs have small 1.0 and 2.0 liter engines with turbos.

The speed doesn't make the difference, its the cores, if you went from a dual to a quad you will have more threads to go on and it will be faster, if you overclock you will notice a bit of a difference but usually only on benchmarks. You nicely put that. AMD is now starting to blow out Intels, but its with their new octo-core processor. When Intel drops their, they're in the whole again. The octo is all the rev in gaming communities.

I believe AMDs are better with things like music and video editing and Intel do everything else better like gaming. I would be weary of newer Intel processors thou. They are hardwiring them to somehow stop you from doing things like copying streaming video/music and such. You shouldn't do it anyway, but I feel like they are invading privacy and trying to control you.

Sup bro, a year or so back I had my T1 comps installed in my truck and I decided to check them out last week. First, I'm all for DYI, but when it something new, I go to the "pros". I look at the mid-basses and they are held in by one screw and sound deadener to hold in place/cover the gaping holes. They also lost a lot of my shit that was in the boxes. I remember you saying you had old RF stuff setting around. I'm wondering if you have any of the black, i believe, sheet metal screws with the hex-bit ends that came with component sets? I need 8. I found the adapters and I'm going to use those to install them the right way. I believe it may also sound better. I know I could probably go to Lowes and buy some, but if you have some taking up space, I would greatly appreciate them.

when using windows media player and selecting the bars and waves scope, is that an o-scope? If so, that explains a few problems I've had.
