    I have two of the lvl 3 18s..... 5cu. ft. each sub....tuned at 35hz...... sundown1500 per sub.....147.0dB....

    i have (2) lvl3 18s and (2) sundown 1500s and i would recommend the lvl3 18 to anyone! great overall sub, SQ and SPL are top notch!! my box is tuned at 35hz and they love to play anything lower end of around 28-30ish on up. like previously stated i peaked at 43hz, and thats where ive been at on most of my runs, 42-44hz. back on topic: OP...buildzzzz a box!!! i want to see another one of these in action!

    haha ya thats no kiddin matt. i metered a 147 at 43 hz (30 second average on music) after finishin up the wall, messin with the amps a little and adding the rest of my batts, they are noticeably louder!! i need to meter again to see how it looks on the TL....maybe if i get time tomorrow ill see what i can do!

    me and rusty did some talkin i did some testing with the level 3 18s... i still have them running daily, only upgrade is a second spider was added, i have each one on a sundown 1500 at 1 ohm. they take it No Problem! i love them, they get louder than both me or rusty expected, and dont heat up very quick at all...dont let the appearance of the tiny motor fool you, these things are beast!! i got them just for finals about a month or so ago, but i have kept them in just becuase, and i have done more and more testing with them. I think a permanent spot for the lvl3 18 might be in check for a 2010 lineup youre gonna love that sub man! moose
