  1. I have Pat from idyllic enclosures making a box for a rear loaded horn. I will be using a pair of x8s and I have a 3k I'll be using for it. I'll try and post a video.
  2. Go big in the neon. Side glass is tempered it shatters and it never cracks.
  3. Why not move out? His house, his rules. That's just how it goes when you live with your parents. Not trying to be a total dick, but if you don't like it get out. When you have your own place you can do whatever you want. I know a few people who really hustled and got their stuff together and moved out when they were 16-17. Good luck, you are in somewhat of a tough situation.
  4. If you have an auto the worst I can see happening is burning up your trans, but over a period of time. There will always be a load on it that will require the clutches in the trans to slip and generate heat. Yes autos have clutches too..
  5. It could be a fuse inside of it, alot of older ones had fuses for each channel. Maybe pop the cover off and take a look. I had a pioneer from the 70s that only 1 channel worked on and that was the problem, a fuse.
  6. Type r or kicker cvr. try and find an audiopipe or hifonics amp. shop around and try and find some refurb or good used stuff.
  7. DDLoud is probably daily driver loud, a box that will be loud and livable with everyday. So it won't sound like dog issh
  8. Just cut a piece of abs and put it under there, if you want to speend time on it, you can center the meter in the middle, but put it behind the plate you make. Then cut a window so that way only the voltage reading shows through.
  9. Twisted has a nice set up in a stang, im sure he will chime in with ideas.
  10. Wow thts fucked up. do those subs hve serial numbers? I hope u get ur stuff back. Thts the main reason I dnt show anyone what I drive, never know who's on here. I will keep a look out, mybe check Stockton cl also
  11. I have 2 of the 480s, and 2 pressure switches. I had rs 62 bags in the front and rs72 in the back. It's all on 1/2" Right now when I hook one of the compressors to the switch that still works, it just stays on and wont shut off by itself. The other switch is burnt and looks like it was on fire or something. Never seen a pressure switch do that..
  12. I found a bag, but now I need a pressure switch. The ones I'm using are 110on 145off. I will probably be ordering all 4 bags sometime this week. Hopefully the truck shops have a pressure switch.
  13. Are you trying to move that? It is the body control module, I don't know why GM put it there. I think the airbag control module is farther up and is the one with the yellow convoluted tubing. You also have to run everything to the actual switches on the door, or nothing will work. You have mirror, lock and window controls rignt? None of the heated seats options?
  14. My pressure switch stuck on and it caused my compressors to stay on for over 4 hours I think? It was on when I parked at lunch and it was still on when I got off work... Im assuming it over pressurized everything, the compressor was running extremely slow and was very hot. On the way home the fuckin bag blew up, luckily it was close to my work so I was able to get my jack and some tools to get the truck home. Now I need a bag for the left and right front, mostly the left one. I have RS-62 bags up front, I also need 2 pressure switches. The entire truck runs 1/2" line so I'm assuming the switch is 1/4"?? I am in Sacramento, does anyone know where I can get some of this stuff local? I need my truck by monday...

    AMP?????

I just got the sundown 1200d. Its a very, very nice looking amp and I am very happy with it so far. Ive had it for 2 days and its been great.
  16. Can you put it on the bottom of the package tray? That would be a good spot for it, and it should stay cool and out of sight.
  17. That power acousitc is a great looking amp, but I also recommend saving a little more and getting something that will be reliable. My sundown 1200d should be here tomorrow, the RF is also a good and reliable amp. Audio pipe would be my last choice from RF and Sundown
  18. Probably because 12 isn't 12.6....there is a difference. Take ur Batt down to 12v and try an start ur car....
  19. Happy birf day! Urbanos is good, I like the steak fajitas with a XX and Lime
  20. 11 and even 12volts are way too low to start a car. Why didn't you guys try and jump start it?? I can almost be money that's the problem, either that or he some how got into the antitheft wiring and screwed something up. Just try jumpstarting it, disconnect your amps to be one the safe side though...
