Can someone point me in the right direction for a good tutorial on how to use audacity to tweak frequencies... I'm thinking that an adjustment on "Shining Star" by Earth Wind and Fire could use a bit of a tune up!

If you're using multiple amps for your subs, wouldn't one amp be a master, and another a slave? It seems logical that putting the control in the master amp would control the slave... but then again, I've never done multiple amps for subs... Anyone with more experience know about this?

sub displacement is .085... thats what I put into your calc... im looking at it right now and giving you the numbers as I see them in the calc box - 10.5x37x19 port - 11x2.5x8 displacement - .085 slot port Just thought about this... the .085 is per sub, so I should probably double that number, huh?

They're 10s... the 15 is just at the beginning of the model number... 15-m310d4

Just want to make sure that I'm getting this right, because I'm going to be attempting my first ported box build. Heres what's going in... 2 Memphis 15-M310d4's Memphis 16-mc1.1100 Box Dimensions: 37x19x10.5 (3/4" mdf) 3.02' after sub displacement Port: 11"x2.5" 8" long tuned to 37.11 hz For all you port gurus with tips or suggestions, please chime in. just want to get this done right and planned out before my first cut. This is going into my scion xB and will be making a second "false" port for the look of a toaster. Thanks for any feedback!

Every time! Both times I forgot to remove it, it was gone the next day! And coincidentally, it was always after going to a Sharis that night, and I had taken my car to the same shop within that same week. Both incidents were within a two year span! I actually had blood in my car from where a guy crawled in through the quarter glass on my 1990 Z24, but he did leave me a pair of faux-kleys(fake oakleys) and a Dale Earnheardt hat!

Well, I spent until about 2 in the morning putting my car back together... who wants to wait until the morning for car audio!!! Sounds great... I had only picked up 40 sq ft to do the back end of my toaster(xb) and its killer... Now I'm hearing vibes up front now that I hadn't heard yet, but thats ok, because I'll be tearing everything out again in februry to put another 80 sq ft throughout the rest of the ride for my beast of a system going in then!!! Well, I got my order about 10 minutes ago, and this being the first time i've ordered from second skin, didn't know what to expect, and when I opened it up, the ends were all melted together and would tear as I tried to separate the sheets. Is this how it comes? I have to razor it all to get them apart from each other. Did I get a bad batch, or is this common?
