Odd. Only thing I could say is check the volume thing, I know if you change it.. it stays that way till you change it back, but like TommyK said you've probably (..hopefully..) checked that already. Try deleting cookies and history, maybe?? I dunno.. doesn't hurt to try?

Okay, so I've driven 2 different chevrolet impalas in my life time. One was a 2001 that was loaded, had the 3800 engine. "We" (my parents) bought it new. I was only 9 or 10 at the time, but my parents let me drive it at night on a lonely straight road (somewhere in Illinois) by our house..with them sitting in the passenger seat. Even then, I had quite the lead foot... and I remember doing some fairly decent burnouts in it.. no brake stands or anything my mom didn't like it, but she let me do it (thanks mom ) sadly in 2001 or 2002 it got repo'ed (we bought in '00 I believe or very early '01..but I think '00) as my dad stopped making payments because we just up and left him and moved back here to where we are now.. I loved that car and miss it dearly Currently I'm in possession of a 2003 .. or 2005.. not sure which, the "owners" said it was a 2003 but it has a 2005 owner's manual in it, I guess I could just look on the door but I CBA atm rofl. It has the same engine.. 91k miles and it can still spin the tires nicely So, I have a small question.. I have a 96 sable which I guess has a slightly smaller engine, but still 200 hp and 200 ft-lbf (which I believe the impala has like 200hp/230 (?) ft-lbf.. so why can I easily get the tires to spin for me in the impalas.. but it's almost impossible (even with bald tires) to get the tires in the sable to do much of anything .. Yes, I doubt they weigh the same.. but that can't matter THAT much, and the impalas are newer, but the sable only has 75k miles (I first tried when it had 54k) and before we bought it, an old couple had it (seriously - not just a selling trick) Anybody? Enlighten me..?

From what I can tell, there is just zippers, at least in the back. You zip it up and it comes undone and are you inside.. I don't, and never have.. and don't have much experience with them. If anybody here has one.. what do you do about the top? I am guessing you don't have a soft top.. especially with a system.. from what I can tell, they just have zippers (can be taken off by anybody..) I don't know how hard tops stay on, but I'd guess with some kind of hooks - probably on the inside? So does anybody here have one? Do you have a soft top? If yes, how do you keep your shit from getting stolen..?

I have never bought a new (used) vehicle, but I like to go look at them just for shits and giggles... I recently saw a 96 cherokee (not grand) with 196k miles.. rusty as fuck and the dealer didn't even make an attempt at cleaning it lols.. how much? $5,000 roflcakes. This is the same dealer that I made a small video of an escalade he had that had a riding lawn mower type chair for the drivers seat (which now has a used legit escalade seat, must of been broken or something.. who knows) The guy (dealer) seems to be real nice and legit but he's obviously ripping/trying to rip people off, which sucks big time He had a dodge ram that looked pretty nice that I was looking at (for shits and giggles remember) and he said it had an awesome sound system in it (louder than I would be able to believe), after market head unit, 2 xplod subs under the seat.. so he keeps it locked up so nobody steals the sound system (most/all of the other cars are kept unlocked) My mom's friend bought a truck from him, it was like a 98 dodge ram..looks nice. But her son drove it 20 miles back home after buying it and realized he couldn't stop, the brake lines were all rusted and they busted or something .. I guess he was at a stop sign and there was a truck turning or something so he had to scrap against the side of a parked dump truck (didn't hurt the dump truck) but messed up his new (used) truck and they got the dealer to pay to get it fixed. Back to the escalade, it's for sale now and unlocked..I looked in it and there are crayon marks all over the place, dirty as fuck..looks like a bunch of 5 year olds owned it.. I don't even want to know how much he wants for it rofl. I'd never buy a vehicle from this guy..lol Sorry about slight thread jack btw..

How much did you pay for it? Why'd you get that (a 1990 that needs work) whenever you could of gotten like a 99 - or newer - (looks better) that doesn't need work.. or at least not nearly as much for just a little bit more $ (no extra $ because you'll have to put that into your '90 in repairs)

Which bulbs? The HIDs? I hope you need the ones with the 3 connectors on them as I'm pretty sure that's what vleds has, judging by their description on their HID kits.

Well, everything I was going to say has already been said. -If it was given to me, or like $1k and nothing wrong with it or whatever, I'd take it.. take the wing off and drive it..to walmart, to buy some spray paint.
