The vibrating under acceleration sounds like an axle alignment problem. When I lowered my last Dodge truck the pinion angle was off and would vibrate when I accelerated. Maybe the change in the angle of the front shafts is causing that.

I would go with the 3500. 5K is overkill for the HDC3 subs. I just sold my 2 HDC3 12's and my Sundown 3k and it was giving them all they could handle.

My RCA on my hu read 0 and my sub level is 0 and my subW is on, on my hu and I check it and read 0 from my hu.. It's my hu. I have to check the settings cause that alpine brand new from alpine The sub level is on zero? Turn it up. If you still arent getting a reading on the outputs, it is your headunit. The easiest way to trouble shoot it is to swap head units.

Have you tried downloading the Torres enclosure software in the enclosure part of the forum? If not, DO IT! You can spend hours on there messing around with deminsions and tuning. It is not worth the hassle of building seperate enclosures for different size subs. Try selling the ones that you dont want to fund 15's. Doing so will allow you to fine tune your enclosure and know what the outcome will be. Tuning depends on your overall port area. LOW for hair tricks would be like 30hz where as HIGH for spl comps would be like 45-50hz.

Thats what everybody is telling me. The amp is actually only rated to do 8k at 1 so that is really good if you ask me.

Nope I just bought everything about ten minutes ago! I will be testing the AQ20 when I get it though. Look for that video first. Gotta go shop for batteries and alts now I bought the AQ used though it isnt very old. The guy said it clamped at like 11k dropping to 11 volts so Im excited to see what it does on good power.

We have a 2000 F350 dually 4x4 that we pull tractors on a 28ft gooseneck with. It has 240k on it and runs like a champ. Has a small 75hp chip in it and is really strong. We only replaced the glow plug actuator in it over 240k miles. They can easily see 500k if they are maintained well.

The guys been in there with plenty of"strikers",Griffin,Franklin,Leben,Irvin,Marquardt,to name a few. Actually the only one in that list I would call a good striker is Marquardt. Griffin and Franklin are good fighters but they are nowhere near the level that Silva is on. Dont get me wrong I really like Silva I'm just ready to see a new champion. The only way we will ever see Silva Vs. GSP is for one of them to lose. Dana White will never let his two top guys fight while they are champions. From a business stand point it would be a no win situation for him.
