    Running 4 Level 3 18s w/ Level 4 upgrades on roughly 5k watts. I just want it to play low frequency music violently. How many cubes should I aim for and how much port area? Looking for a low 30s tuning. Thanks

    Not enough power, in my opinion. 2 Level 3s would be golden on 2k. I have a BC5500 on 4...they have taken the abuse for several months now.

    Going through the amp. I don't have the harness to plug the RCAs into the dd1 all you do is plug the RCA into the DD-1, you have an aftermarket deck. I dont see why you are doing it through the amp. Ohhh ok. Didn't realize that was how it's done. But either way, I have to go through the amp to set the gain. And it distorts with the gain all the way down on every track at volume 9.
