i'm sure 8 gauge cca to your subs should be 100% fine, if not overkill, give us some pics when you have it ran

We've done extensive testing on CCA wire for several manufacturers and our results show that it can work very well for all but the highest current applications. Because of the additional resistance you simply can't substitute the same gauge CCA wire for the traditional gauge copper wire. Our strong recommendation would be to simply use one gauge larger size of the CCA cable than the copper cable. That being said, if you compensate for the increased resistance in the CCA cable by going to the next larger gauge size, you'll probably end up with equal or maybe even less resistance than the smaller gauge pure copper. But along with an increase in cable size comes an increase in price. if you read the knu koncepts thread you would find that cca wire has a higher resistance and only conducts 65% of dc current, in other words, pure copper is worth the extra money, according to caraudiomag you should go up an extra gauge if you use cca, then your not really coming out ahead, you can find some tsunami 50 ft wire for the same price as KK cca wire.

i currently own a power acoustik 1920 watt amp, and its hooked up to nothing and hasn't been for years bc it sucks, it was only stable at 4 ohm bridge and was very weak, at 2 ohm bridge it would pump some bass before it would shut off from over heating, i put some fans on it and that helped, my kicker amp was much louder and cleaner sounding than the PA

my bud has 2 of my cvr 12's in his s10 sealed with 2.25 cubed for each sub, and they get pretty loud for what they are, got em for 70 each at a local shop
