I would probaby make a square enclosure a little smaller than the spare tire well so it can slide in and then cut the top part where the sub would mount a big cirle a little larger than the tire well and then... Idk the pieces are there, someone could make a good idea out of it.

I've never personally delt with those amps, but generally speaking, an amp will make more power ant a lower ohm load. So the rms at 1 ohm could be higher than at 2 ohms. The birth sheet will tell you how much.

Every amp is different. But It's pretty much guaranteed you will have over 2500 watts. Each amp should come with a birth sheet telling you want that particular amp can do. And You are correct about the ohm loads and voice coils part. Honestly, I'd say just get a batt and possibly upgrade your front one too. And the big 3 is a must. Just watch your voltage and if it gets really low even with the batts, an alternator might be needed. I dont know much about enclosures so I can't give any advice there.

Its an Audioque AQ1200d

For anyone wondering, we decided on 2 SA-12s powered by the Aq1200d with knukonceptz wiring. It'll actually be nice seeing someone besides me having some quality equipment that isn't sony. I kinda feel he wanted them because I have them. I was secretly hoping he would pick the DCs because I wanted to see those do some work but oh well noob getting quality equipment ftw! P.s. Does anyone know if the remote that comes with the amp is a gain control that maxes out where you set the amp or a bass boost?

That's why it's hard to choose. I hear great things about Aq, Fi, DC and Sundown so it makes it difficult. lol. I guess I can just make him a list and have him just pick one cuz I feel like you can't really go wrong with any of those.

That's true too. I love my SA-12s. I was just trying to think of something different because I can see what other companies have to offer. He doesn't know anything so basically I can just use his money to amke a set up that i would want to hear. lol.

Yeah. I think the AQ is a great choice amp. Those subs would go nicely on it as well. I was also thinking DC LVL3s as well.
