All you need is like a KHc1400, or a Xs power D5100, that should be fine for your sub amp and mids n highs.

Works good for some people, others have problems. Has a tar smell to it for a few days. But it is the cheap way of sound dampening. In other words, "you get what you pay for"

Dont ground on the battery, ground to the car. That maybe part of it.

Move your rca cables around, make sure you dont run them next to your power wire. Mostly you are getting engine noise.
