That score was amazing- a 53 at 32hz! I know this thread is about the SMD, but what frequencies did the Arsenal, Atmos, DDs, and T3 peak at? I assume much higher...

Never build one before. But I have built a good number of boxes so making it wouldn't be a problem. What would be the benefit besides a straight port into the cabin? Estimating efficiency, frequency response (flat vs peaky), bandwidth/range, and a few other things would be easier. My favorite thing is that you could get the LOW lows without sacrificing the higher frequencies. As for your design- I cant help ya there...im still new to this myself The tuning frequency and ratio look good to me though. Idk how big they should be. Keep in mind that the ratio could be varied for different goals

Have you considered a 4th or 6th order? If you port that through the armrest, I'm sure it'd be fine.

I would guestimate somewhere between $350-650 depending on the car and "model" alternator. Have you looked into Mechman? Their alt was well over one hundred dollars cheaper for the quotes I got.

The DC is more than a "few" hundred less than the SA. That's all I'm saying about the price.

I feel the same way. In fact, I don't like any gold on cars...especially rims well rims are different i dont like shiny bling gold but like the rims on the STIs are sick IMO Eh, that's true. STIs are one of my few exceptions LOL. I was mainly referring to Acuras, Hondas, and Subarus. Some look good, but most don't. That's just my opinion though.
