its not either...im still gunna with with wiring, OP take ALL the wiring off your subs, and re do them according to the link i posted http://www.the12volt...=2&I=41#results and make sure your connections are good when you hook the wire up to the subs, if they have those tabs, use female connectors, if they have the push ones, make sure your grabbing the wire, not the plastic

yeah put either of the probes on your ground, then put the other to bare metal(no paint), set your DMM to ohms (20 or so) and see what it reads, anything more then .04 is no good? idr, >>>>that .04 might be for parasitic drain and on millivolts <<<<<dis regaurd that OP lol talking to my self

its nice, im still learning how to work it and all that crap, but its a huge diffrence from my droid 2 global, the camara is awesome!, its real thin too, which i like, the droid was a damn brick in my pocket, its pretty light too, ill give it a month before i say its an amazing phone, took my droid that long to start acting funny, the key board is a little werid on it, but that just might be cuz i was so used to the one on my droid

recheck your wiring once, twice, and 3 times over, ive done it, and so has everyone else, its always something simple, that you dont notice, unless you sit there and stare at it

so no subs will play off the amp now? and no the gain is pretty much the "limiter" to let power flow though the amp....thats in simple terms

if you were to flip the subs so the magnet was faceing out, and the cone facing in, then you would put it on 180, other wise its at 0, checking your wiring and make sure the phase is at 0, the wiring is the only thing i could see to keep it from being loud at this point and turn that gain down to 6 or 7

whats the gain at? the punch bass is (bass boost) you can turn it up a tad, like to 1 or 2 but not much more, thats just asking for clipping, is the phase at 0 degrees?

that's the problem then, prefab. always make your own box so you know the tuning of it. but it very well may be the wiring problem too since i have nothing better to do.....prefabs do indeed suck, but there good for the simple install, small power, low power subs, other then that they suck, its most likly the wiring, or the settings on the amp im pretty sure on that amp theres a subsonic setting, mess with that, as well as the crossover or LPF, is the amp switched to LP(low pass), not HP(high pass) or FR(full range)

this, make sure you use a good amount of resin and mat, the mat is what gives it the strength, you could throw a bit of bracing in there too if your worred about it, just make sure you watch for warping
