SO have to work on sealing off, and building a box. While trying to figure out the box, I decided to use aeros. Calculated that ill need 6" aeros. So without figuring anything else out I went a head and bought them, flared. With flares there 9.5. Now the problem is my opening isn't very big, and neither is the door. So you will say build it in the trunk, well unless someone can give me really good tips on how to make the box look really nice in there, thats not going to happen. I want to make the box look really good. My OLD box was 38 wide and that was too much so the port (slot) was detachable so i could fit it in. Crunching the numbers, having to have a minimum of roughly 34-35 wide, so i could have subs/port on the face, 13 high, it would have to be 16 deep, for just over 3 cubes. Now the problem with this is, the aero will have to bend for the tuning to be around 40 hz. Messed around with some other designs, but then the cubes get bigger and bigger. Can someone help me figure out a design keeping it within 3 cubes with 6in aeros without bends? edit: i also want to double baffle/flush mount the subs

I have a quick question. Why do you have 60-62lb injectors on your car? They are rated for for 820hp at around 85% duty cycle; a 30lb injector can handle around 408hp. Well ok then you say you have "Turbonetics twin ball bearing liquid cooled Hybrid Turbo, the 60-1 T3/T4 Hybrid" A 60-1 means 60 series turbo; its the cheapest turbo and it has nothing to do with the t series turbos. The hybrid is a t3 turbine with a t4 compression section. BOTH types of turbos make around 200-700hp! I work in a damn shop and do turbos and performance upgrades for a living man and all the junk you talk is bullshit. Take your lies to a ricer forum they will believe you there! Why dont you wire the sub to 1/2 ohm and see what it does. most manufactures don't warranty them that low (haven't looked it up) but that amp probably doesn't like to go that low either "seems"? why do you say that again, i haven't looked anything up (you can), what are the manufactures ratings on both the amp and sub

your volts could be dropping low enough that your amp cuts out due to power loss. you have a volt meter/dmm to check how low it drops?

does it come back on after a few?
