  1. =( That just really hit me hard, so sorry to hear. I wish you the best, stay real strong bro.
  2. lol you gotta jack that truck up! I think with most the trucks around here, that car would have ran right into the rear diff, while the hitch went through the windshield! Good to see you don't have much damage!
  3. I don't see anything on their site, how much do those woofers run you ($$$)?
  4. It was a question, I believe from what I've read/seen over the years they seem to read higher TL numbers on lower frequencies. I was just hoping someone could confirm. Thanks for the replies everyone!
  5. Whats the BP Power? I've never really heard much about AA havocs...?
  6. Well I bought a truck and I really miss having a system. I blew one of my old aq's so I'll be in the market for new woofers. I'm looking for either 4 15's or 18's. Each one will be receiving around 1000 wrms. Powered by (2) kicker zx2500.1's @ 2 ohms. Suggestions? I haven't really looked at the market in the last year, which is why I'm making a thread for it. I'm pretty much open to any woofers that will fit my application. I don't have a budget as long as the price isn't too crazy. I'm not really looking for SQ. So, 15's or 18's?? I have an enclosure already that I could use for 15's, but it's not really a problem to build a new one. The truck is a 00 dodge ram 2500 extended cab. IIRC extended cabs usually have a really low resonant freq? I'll be tuning the box to 32-34hz. Thanks guys!
  7. this is a bit old, but if I was in the situation I wouldn't have risked my own ass over breaking and entering, if I was close with the neighbors or thought someone could be in danger I might have tried to intervene.
  8. damn I wish I lived closer to these shows http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/public/style_emoticons/default/mad.gif

  10. I lost the only key I had to my Toyota 4runner.. I searched everywhere, for hours and hours. FUCK then this week it turned up under some receipts. It was missing for almost a month. lol so what I'm sayin unless it was stolen its probably around somewhere. Nothings more frustrating than loosing shit tho
  11. hahahhahahhaha What a awesome idea, now THAT will get some attention!
  12. Thought I might update my situation: H2S ALIVE coarse: done ($130) Class 5 "advanced" license: done ($100 + $20) air brake “ Q” endorsement: done Class 3 driver training: 2 hours a day everyday next week ($950 + $220 + $20) Basic First Aid & CPR level C: Monday 20th/21st ($130) Winter clothes shopping: Wed 22nd ($500) Leaving: end of this month Reason I decided to get the license -- I wanna get into the service side of the industry, I'll probably drive from site to site in a big hydro vac 5 ton truck.. There's nutty hours involved, I'm looking at 14-18 hour days. All overtime paid! Living and expenses paid! My company will also pay for my class 1 training, maybe re-imburse me for the class 3, first aid and h2s.
  13. I take it your in fort mac? Tell everyone how much rent is there too lol I'll be somewhere up there this winter!
  14. I was there this summer, and been there several times before. It's a shithole and I don't recomend anyone going, plus no one likes the french. lol drinking age is 18 in quebec (just like here) so it might be fun for someone under 21 from the states. Come out west instead.
  15. *north american version but theres a huge difference between saving up 10-15 thousand for a 15 year old skyline compared to a 80 thousand (list price) skyline. The ones around here are going for 120,000 and theres still waiting lists.
  16. Skylines are gay lol. Every buddy and his dog have one here, they're overrated. Unless you get the highest level of one, they're pretty quick. Buy em here! lol our dollar is @ 0.85 american, our prices dropped to close to american prices cause in november our dollar was worth 1.10 american... It sucks now everything I buy online is more expensive *FUCK*
  17. fuck you guys, it cost me $130 to fill just over 3/4 tank today... $4.72 a gallon for diesel here.. $4.04 for gas (cheapest stuff)
  18. Little update: I took the H2S coarse friday, it was a joke. Really easy. I bought a 00 Dodge Ram Diesel today!!! WOOO its MINT. Pics don't really do justice. Last week of work this week.. then on the 20th I will be applying places =D
  19. Couple good threads for people wanting to know more info from a workers view: http://www.reality-check.ca/showthread.php?t=3956 http://www.bcsportbikes.com/forum/showthread.php?t=62272 Be sure to spare a couple hours for reading lol
  20. I'm going to apply at a place called Treo drilling today, they work 21 on 7 off and roughnecks start at $24 or $25/hour. 12-14 hour shifts, plus $15/hour travel time. Living out of a camp, everything included (food blah blah) and get a $50/day living allowance (LOA). Should clear $5000 in 3 weeks of work. If this doesn't work I'll be driving up to FSJ (fort saint john, BC) lol I'll keep my situation updated, once I'm in I'll have better info/experience
  21. 3000-3500 cals because I'm bulking, on a cut I was eating 1700. ALL CLEAN tho, I very rarely eat anything thats not whole wheat, tuna, chicken, fruits/veggies etc
  22. Thats sweet someone with real experience! I've just researched and grew up around it a bit. Only 6-8 hours a day tho? Damn things must be different here, I know they run 10 on 4 off, 24 on 4 off, 21 on 7 off around here is pretty common. Mind you thats living in a camp working 12 hours or more, then transportation on top of that. As well you don't need to be good at anything here, just have a pulse and you'll get a job LOL But hey nice to see someone who works in oil/gas. Hope I wasn't mis informed on my posts edit. I think we start as a Leasehand, or roughneck here on Drilling and Service rigs.
  23. No clue man, I'm sure there is a way. Try looking up and giving one of these companies a call (at a Canadian location in BC, alberta, sask location) BJ Services Schlumberger Sanjel Halliburton Trican They all do cementing, acidizing, fraccing, nitrogen. Pretty much you'll drive a big ma fuckin nice rig around.
